This is... better?

A one-two punch of prognostication came out of Daybreak yesterday, as EverQuest franchise executive producer Holly Longdale posted a duo of letters detailing the upcoming plans for both of these storied MMORPGs.

In EverQuest’s domain, there’s a Hardcore Heritage dungeon event and free pride bunnies in the store and a “Death, Death, Death” event coming next month. Longdale also teased this year’s “unfamiliarly familiar” expansion, saying, “While it’s REALLY early to be chatting about expansions, we thought we’d let you know that you may want to level up your characters to max. We will be adding five levels for characters this year!”

Likewise, EverQuest II is also getting a “familiar” expansion this fall with 10 new levels added to the game. In the meanwhile, players can enjoy expert versions of Chaos Descending dungeons, the second season of the Nagafen PvP server, free pride bunny familiars, and an updated Scorched Sky festival that kicks off on June 26th.

Daybreak reiterated that it is still planning some sort of weekend fan event for the games, which it now says will take place in 2020.
