Review, refresh, and revise. Those are the three words being used repeatedly for today’s large patch for Warframe, and given the content of the patch it feels appropriate. Rather than posting the patch notes ahead of time, the developers have offered up two very long workshop posts explaining all of the many ways in which the game’s mechanics are changing from the top down and how these changes will – hopefully – provide a better experience for players across the board.
And they are far-reaching changes, with shifts to armor values across the board, changes in stat values, changes to enemy aim mechanics to that high-level enemies no longer have aimbot-like accuracy, changes to how enemy groups behave and how their health and armor is calculated… it’s extensive, as mentioned. If you’re curious about why so much is being reviewed, refreshed, and revised, you should check out the full rundown of the changes ahead of playing them for yourself.
