Old School RuneScape starts checking the results of Deadman Armageddon to determine the winners

The oldest, most pointless school.

The Deadman Armageddon event has ended in Old School RuneScape once again, and that means it’s time to announce the winners, right? Well… no. That means it’s time for the people behind the event to take a look at the event results. Of course, the developers are thrilled to see how many people took part in the event and enjoyed it, but as happens after each Deadman Armageddon, they’re taking the time to make sure that everyone participated fairly.

Nothing indicates that the developers think there was widespread cheating or that the winner’s circle should be a huge surprise; rather, it’s just an acknowledgment that it will be a little while before the staff can formally announce the winners to the competition. So kick back, breathe, and wait until the proper announcement comes. Or realistically just play more RuneScape, since if you were taking part in the competition in the first place that is probably how you like to relax.
