Old School RuneScape applies another round of Leagues V updates and transforms its gods into plushies

Reach out and touch faith, it's soft and squishy

It’s probably going to come as little surprise to Old School RuneScape players that Jagex is absolutely laser-focused on Leagues V. Following a dev blog outlining hotfixes and planned adjustments, the game’s weekly patch continues the trend with more tuning and tweaking of the game mode server.

This week brings a bug fix for a specific achievement, correctly registers certain achievement completions, lets specific tasks once more get picked up or completed in very specific situations, and stops the league area emote from hiding other animations.

The rest of the associated weekly OSRS newsletter provides some information about point threshold requirements for Leagues V, shares its Discord leaderboard, and throws several spotlights across RuneScape-related merch for the fan on people’s Christmas lists, including the introduction of all-new plushies styled after the gods of Gielinor, with squishable renditions of Armadyl, Guthix, Zaros, and Zamorak. Fans are warned that these soft cuddly parts of the game’s pantheon will be available only for a limited time, so it might be wise to snap up a plushie god sooner rather than later.
