If you woke up just now and are eagerly planning to jump right into DC Universe Online, we’ve got some bad news for you, as the game has gone down for maintenance to apply game update 92. The downtime is expected to last up to eight hours, which means that it could last until 4:30 p.m. EDT. So if today is your day off and you wanted more game time, well… we’re sorry.
The bright side is that you can catch a little more of what’s going into the patch with the special preview livestream arriving at noon EDT today. The patch brings back the Resurgence Mega Pack as well as prepares for the St. Patrick’s Day event later on, so there should at least be some entertaining new diversions in the livestream; it’s not quite as comforting as playing the game for fans – and not quite the bombshell that the next big content drop in March will be – but it’s not nothing.
