We’ve had our eye on AdventureQuest 3D since its successful Kickstarter bid last year. It’s the spiritual successor to a massively popular flash game, only this MMORPG version is fully 3-D, cross-platform, and free-to-play but not pay-to-win. It’s been in closed testing for backers for a while now, but on July 19th, it’s opening the floodgates and heading into open beta (the formal launch is in October).

The cape keys are redeemable right now and already usable in-game. In fact, the cape keys also unlock early access, so even if you’re not a backer, you can log right in as of today and check it out. We’d love to see pics of your toon wearing Mo’s face!
