As part of a new initiative in player communication, WildStar is posting monthly DevConnect articles to give a preview of what’s to come.
And it is certainly an ideal time to begin posting these, as June marks WildStar’s third anniversary and the start of the Starfall celebration. Each week this month there will be a different bonus event and a free login reward, such as a house decoration pack or a party parcel.
Game Update 1.7.2 is scheduled for June 7th, bringing with it Prime raids. Not ribs, raids. Yes, we know you’re hungry.
“As we announced on livestream last Friday, May 26th, we’re planning to update some of our in-game events and how they’re run in the future,” the team said. “A lot of players have been asking about Chase events and awaiting info from us, so before we make any event changes, we’re going to be running all Chases one last time beginning in July. We’ll have more details on the upcoming event changes to share in the last week of June, as well as the July schedule of Chase events.”
