If you’ve ever wandered through Booty Bay in World of Warcraft and thought that it’d be much cooler if the town featured a bunch of mannequins spouting gibberish and getting mad at one another for leaving dirty dishes in the middle of the hallway, you are probably a fan of The Sims 4. And now you can combine these two things with a complete recreation of Booty Bay in The Sims 4, right down to the exact placement of wooden crates. Yes, this is a thing. There’s a 40-minute video showing it off!
Not only is this a cool video to watch, you can download and play around with the Sims-ified Booty Bay, as well as exploring other creations of user Sati Sim including Dalaran and the Darkmoon Faire. Sure, your playthrough in these areas will probably include Anduin and Saurfang becoming boyfriends and making Jaina very angry, but that really feels like more of a lateral move for storytelling in the franchise.
