Betawatch: Torchlight Frontiers kicks its leveling up a notch

All right, here we go.

The train for Torchlight Frontiers rolls on, and not just because it literally has a class about summoning a train. The latest patch for the game has done a lot about leveling, kicking it up to be faster while also affording players more options. Everyone should get on the train. (Does the Railmaster summon a train for people to get on? More testing is needed.)

Anyhow, let’s get on the Further Beta News Train, choo-to-the-choo:

Thus do we pull into the station, steam hissing from our engine as we stop at our destination of our full list of games in testing. If there’s something missing or in need of updates, let us know, and please prepare to transfer to additional trains if necessary. Or something. Look, we don’t have a train system in the state where I live, I don’t know how these things work for people.

As always, we consider an MMO to be in open testing if it features free, public signups and will server wipe prior to launch. An MMO is marked in closed testing if it’s running a private test phase that cannot freely be accessed by the general public; it’s usually under NDA as well. Early access and crowdfunded MMOs whose tests we deem legitimate will be included. So-called “open beta” soft-launch MMOs with cash shops, no sign of launch in the west, or limited interest for our readers will not be listed; we also do not list expansions, with occasional exceptions.
