Remember when people got very excited about finding blue eyes for elves in the customization options in World of Warcraft: Shadowlands? And remember when the official explanation was that those were NPC textures? It turns out that that answer was either a lie or something that the developers completely flip-flopped on, because a new post on the official site confirms that the expansion will allow Blood Elves to have blue eyes. Void Elves will also be able to have blue eyes. Now everyone gets to have blue eyes!
But wait, there’s more; Void Elves will also gain access to all Blood Elf customization options, meaning that if you want your Void Elf to just look like a High Elf, that option is there now. (But you’ll still be a little void. As a treat.) The reverse doesn’t appear to be true, but we imagine that people who had long waited for blue-eyed elf options will just be happening now in a variety of forms.
