Were there too many paragraphs for your liking when Diablo IV unveiled its upcoming Season of the Construct? Then perhaps you’ll be happy to know that Blizzard has put together an accompanying video that effectively boils down the features of the January 23rd update into seven minutes’ worth of talking heads, animated artwork, and in-game footage.
As one might anticipate, this means the video isn’t exactly revelatory, as it tells the backstory that drives the new season, highlights the seasonal seneschal construct companion and its various customizable abilities, and elaborates on the season’s trap-filled vault dungeons along with their mechanics and the rewards awaiting within. However, watching the video below may better contextualize what the next season is having players do as it has in-game demonstrations all throughout.
Further information is expected to be shared during a developer update livestream scheduled for today, January 18th, at 12:00 p.m. EST, when Blizzard’s devs will talk all about the Season of the Construct.
