LOTRO and DDO’s Standing Stone Games invites fans to a meetup during PAX East


If you’re heading out to PAX East next month and have any affinity for Lord of the Rings Online or Dungeons and Dragons Online, you are cordially invited to hang out with the developers of those MMOs.

Boston-based Standing Stone Games welcomed fans to join the team for a meetup on March 21st at the Harpoon Boston Brewery: “Standing Stone Games is teaming up with our friends at Darkpaw Games (EverQuest, EverQuest 2) to host a meetup at one of Boston’s premiere breweries! RSVPs are required, more details coming soon including a link to RSVP.” We’d previously mentioned the Darkpaw EverQuest meetup, but Darkpaw hadn’t clarified that it’d be for SSG’s fans also.

As for the games themselves, DDO tentatively plans to release both Update 66 and the anniversary event next week. LOTRO, however, posted a new developer tour of its Gondor regions:
