Black Desert removes boss scrolls on PC, tweaks classes on console, and revamps a guild feature for mobile

While this week’s patch content across all three editions of Black Desert might not be as ground-shaking as adding a new class or celebrating an anniversary, there’s still quite a few notable things going on for BDO players on PC, console, and mobile, so we’re once more digging in for you.

This week on PC is primarily about adjustments, including several bug fixes for classes, tweaks for cooking bonus quests and alchemy, and the removal of daily and weekly boss summon scrolls from the Black Spirit, with several scrolls scheduled to be converted into silver in two weeks’ time. Other updates this week are similarly granular, affecting things like the cost of completing workshop projects, horse breeding, and UI.

BDO Console is similarly focused on tweaks, with several guild skills getting adjusted, improvements to adventure log objectives, a simplifying of PEN V upgrade materials, and similar culling of boss summon scrolls as the PC version. There are also two new manors for players to rent in the Land of the Morning Light for those who have the in-game cash to splash.

Finally we come to BDO Mobile’s weekly patch, which is headlined by adjustments to the Hidden Banquet Hall for guilds: Players can now choose when to enter the hall, the hall’s daily quest is now a weekly quest, and rewards have been improved overall. “We hope that all guild members can use the Hidden Banquet Hall more conveniently through the revamp, and hope it will be an important objective achieved by joining forces with guild members and aiming for victory,” the patch notes explain.
