Well lookit Pearl Abyss, getting all fancy with its roadmap game. Yep, the Korean company has indeed dropped a new roadmap for Black Desert, although it’s specific to September.
The star of this late summer/early fall period is the launch of the PC game’s core 2024 expansion, Land of the Morning Light: Seoul. It’s set to launch on PC and Steam on September 12th.
“Dig into the deep storylines, boss fights and grind hard for the high-level ‘Sovereign’ weapons in LOTML: Seoul, the sequel to last year’s superb expansion,” the studio says. Our preview from Heidel Ball revealed that the expansion picks up where the past content begins, with eight new stories from Korean folklore, new guild systems, a new Primordial weapon, and the promised palace management system.
Leading into the launch, players can look forward to a collab with the Berserk franchise next week (on console too) and sovereign weapons, with the Dosa awakening archetype coming later in the month.
