Yes, we're all very impressed.

Hopefully in 2024, there’s not as much of a stigma for the player who wants to experience an MMORPG largely solo. World of Warcraft is home to many such gamers, which is why Blizzard created a guide shepherding new players through a largely solo path.

The studio lays out a leveling path for complete newbies and advised them to take advantage of commands to disable chat channels or block unwanted interactions if so desired.

But it’s the newer solo-friendly features with The War Within that Blizzard really wants to highlight: follower dungeons, story mode raids, and delves, all of which can be done with just a single player.

“Take your adventures in The War Within to a new level with Delves,” Blizzard posted. “These replayable, seasonal, role-agnostic adventure experiences offer a way to enjoy the leveling and endgame progression in short 10 to 15-minute adventures completely solo.”
