When Final Fantasy XIV arrives at PAX West this year, the game’s staff won’t just be challenging players to take on Titania in exchange for a t-shirt. That will certainly be a part of it, and you can get your “I Beat Titania” shirt for taking on the challenge successfully, but if you’ve never played the game before, Titania might be a bit out of your range. So why not take on the game’s Ifrit challenge for new players and earn a free copy of the game’s Starter Edition? Just giving it away for the old-school primal fight!

Players can also check out details about the conception and design of Shadowbringers at a panel with art team lead Takeo Suzuki and main scenario writer Natsuko Ishikawa, both of whom will also be available for limited signing sessions at the event. Players can even watch the panel streamed live at 5:30 p.m. EDT on Sunday, September 1st, so no matter whether or not you can attend, you’ll be getting something out of the event.
