Funcom is up to some stuff this week! For starters, Secret World Legends is patching in Samhain today. One of the better Halloween events in MMO land will this year run through November 4th; for an idea of what kinds of events might run this year, read up on our guide to the fun from Chaos Theory or even just poke your head into our streams from last year. Servers should be up with the patch at 11 a.m. EDT today if all goes well.

Next, Moons of Madness is prepping to debut on October 22nd, just in time for Halloween. That’s the latest entry in Funcom’s string of Halloween-season one-off titles, including Hide and Shriek and The Park, both of which borrowed from The Secret World MMO’s IP. Expect to pay $24.99 on Steam to terrorize yourself with this one, and don’t forget about the ongoing ARG and The Park’s Steam release!

Finally, recall that last week Funcom announced Tencent had bought nearly a third of its shares. In a press release issued last night, the company also noted that Tencent is seeking to replace the two outgoing board members with two members of its own.
