What is Eververse Trading Co.? Well, it’s the name of a trademark recently filed by Bungie. It also might be related to Destiny. What’s clear is just that three new trademarks have been registered by Bungie:Â one for “Eververse Trading Co.,” while the other two are “Eververse” and a stylized “EV” logo.
Early last month, Bungie reserved a trademark for another potential title, The Taken King. What all of this means is up for speculation; there’s another major bit of DLC already scheduled for the summer and a major expansion slated for the fall. There also have been rumbles of a form of inter-player trading, so perhaps Eververse is more relevant to Destiny players than we know. Wait and see, but we can at least speculate along the way.
