Mounts are pretty important in any game that offers them; they get you from place to place, they often provide assorted benefits, and they just look cool. So it’s no surprise that Skyforge is allowing players to pimp their rides a bit with its next major patch. Spend some Victor’s Medals on your mounts in the Transport interface and you can be riding your favorite mount around Aelion, only better!
Mount improvements are split across three categories (call speed, vehicle health, and movement rate) and apply to all of the mounts you own, not just one of them. Players will also be able to purchase more upgrades based on the mounts in their collections, giving you reason to hunt down new mounts even if you’ve already found the one you want to ride forever. So get ready for the next patch being all about making your ride as fly as it can be. Sure, there’s probably other content there as well, but these are mounts we’re talking about.
Skyforge also announced today that four new “vector” stats are on the way, “each of which will provide an increase to Prestige and Stamina as well as one of the following statistics: Strength, Luck, Valor, & Spirit.” To level them up, players will have to first acquire them from the bosses of the distortion raids.
