Enter to win a copy of Guardians of Ember courtesy of InselGames and Massively OP

Guardians of Ember [official site] has today updated its early access with a brand-new class: the wicked poisoner known as The Dark Knight.

“The Dark Knight represents the sixth and final class being added to the Hack’n’Slash MMORPG Guardians of Ember. Born out of the desperation and hopelessness that befell Olyndale, the Dark Knight is a merciless fighter who uses both black magic and toxic attacks. Players utilize his or her skills to their advantage by poisoning groups of enemies in one strike, sucking them dry like a leech. Because of their cold nature, Dark Knights are extraordinary lone fighters, who trust in their strength alone. This affords them magnificent attack capabilities but gives them the disadvantage of not being able to heal their allies.”

In honor of the launch, InselGames has granted us some lovely Steam keys for copies of the whole game to raffle to our readers, open to anyone who is capable of purchasing and playing the game on Steam. Read on to enter to win!

For this giveaway, we’ll be using Rafflecopter to count the entries for us. You can earn entries in the giveaway by completing different steps in Rafflecopter; the question field is mandatory, but following us on Twitter and tweeting about this giveaway are optional and result in more entries. Rafflecopter uses javascript, so you’ll need to enable it to see the entry widget below:

Twenty winners selected at random from the total of entries submitted to Rafflecopter will be contacted via email by Massively Overpowered to receive one key for Guardians of Ember on Steam apiece. Entrants are subject to our official contest and giveaway rules. Entries will be accepted until the giveaway’s end on Friday, March 31st at 12:00 a.m. EDT (midnight Thursday night). We’ll draw the winners and send out keys and redemption instructions by Friday evening (EDT), so make sure you’ve submitted a working email address in Rafflecopter.

Do note that even if you don’t win, or even if you don’t want to wait, you can jump in and play on Steam already; the base version of early access game is $19.99, though one of the upgrade packs is on sale right now too.

Good luck everyone!

Either Engineer or Ranger sound interesting.

I always have a hard time choosing a class, but Dark Knight sounds interesting. :)

im a sucker for Engineer classes

Arcanist seems like a lot of fun. Then I’d go for the dark knight

Dark Knight then reroll to priest then to ranger then to arcanist and realize i liked the firs class so i go back to Dark knight :D

I forget exactly when, but around level 12-15 you get the ability to multiclass and add a second class to your character. You can only use passive abilities from your primary class but you can switch between secondary classes as desired simply by visiting your house.

I want to try the Priest the most.
