No one ever seems to have much interest in uncovering found treasures. That is probably explained by the premise, really; once the treasure is found, it’s unlikely to be difficult to locate. But for the Lost Treasures of Skyrim event in The Elder Scrolls Online, finding Antiquities buried hither and yon will help unlock additional treasures for everyone so long as objectives are reached by October 5th. And that’s running right now, so you can jump in to start finding items and work your way toward game-wide rewards.
Players have three rewards for collective progress; reaching 33% of the objective awards face markings, 66% awards a new pet, and 100% awards a new house complete with a special houseguest (with houseguests serving as a new thing for players to collect). Keep an eye on the overall progress on the official site, or check out all of the improvements coming along with the full rundown of the event activities; you’ve got a couple of weeks to keep digging, after all.
