It’s the final broadcast for this quarter’s series of videos from Star Citizen, and this one is closing out with a deeper look at the features coming in alpha 3.11, kicking off first with a closer look at the cargo decks that will be arriving with the patch. Readers will recall that this location has been noted on several videos as part of sprint reports, but this first section of the video goes into more granular detail about its visual and audio design, important locations and features, and an explanation on how cargo decks set the stage for additional gameplay features down the line like guilds and reputation chases.

The second half of the video outlines the other features that alpha 3.11 and subsequent 3.11.x patches will introduce, such as improved planet textures, new weapons, the Origin 100 series and Mercury Star Runner ships, an improved front end screen, a addition of forces that impact players when hit by bullets, explosions, or the inertia of a moving spaceship, a visible throwing arc when preparing to throw grenades, the improved personal inventory UI, adjustments to the law system and removal green zones around space stations, and some vending machines added to the prison.
