Albion Online’s Lands Awakened update is obviously going to bring some big changes to the PvP meta when it launches on November 24th – and that includes a sweeping overhaul to guild warfare rewards. Sandbox Interactive has posted a new dev blog this week giving players an idea what to expect.

First starters, the 14th competitive guild season begins a few days after launch on November 27th (it’s the Saturday after Thanksgiving and Black Friday, if you’re wondering). SBI’s goal was to make seasons “more about player activity and less about territory control and passive income,” so it’s adding what it’s calling the Conqueror’s Challenge, which is a bit like the monthly challenges in that it doles out its special rewards over time and in exchange for a wider range of activity. The studio is also adding special invulnerable headquarters hideouts.

In other Albion Online news, Sandbox this week announced the Albion Online Creators Program, which is basically the typical influencer-oriented program intended to sponsor video and stream stars to promote the game. The studio is offering free subs, giveaway codes, exclusive vanity skins, private Discord server access, social media promotion, and Twitch drops (starting next year) to accepted influencers.
