It’s fair to point out that the 10-year anniversary of Final Fantasy XIV’s relaunch took place back in August of last year, but the team behind the game is going to keep celebrating for a while longer, and that includes one last stream to celebrate. And it’s going to be another big one, with the development and operations team joining in for a 14-hour stream on April 12th at 11:00 p.m. EDT. That’s a whole lot of stream.

It’s worth noting that the announcement does not contain any information about what will be shared during that stream beyond the general categories of staff; it technically doesn’t even indicate that producer and director Naoki Yoshida will be present. (But that seems pretty likely.) Prior streams of similar lengths have included a letter from the producer as well as various other events, and it’s happening only a couple of weeks after the game’s panel at PAX East. So what will happen? Just going to have to wait a month to find out, it seems.
