I made a thing.

Elder Scrolls Online players, set your launcher patchers to go because update 43 is officially live as of this afternoon – at least if you’re on PC or Mac, anyway. U43 is a free base-game update that’s going to appeal to fans of player housing in particular.

“Update 43 introduces one of the most anticipated new features for Tamriel’s housing enthusiasts in Home Tours, allowing players to explore and admire the creativity of Tamriel’s residents,” ZeniMax Online Studios says. “With Home Tours, players will be able to tour fully decorated and personalized player-owned homes through a curated ‘Recommend’ list, or a free form Browse list. The ‘Recommend’ tab will highlight top-rated player homes as well as newer created homes, providing easy access for those interested in viewing standout designs. Players can also add any home to their favorites, making it simple to revisit these impressive creations whenever they wish.”

Don’t worry, dungeoneers; there’s more to the update than touring houses.

“This update also adds more depth to the Infinite Archive in the form of new maps, enemies, Verses and Visions, and updated loot including new class item sets. In addition to Infinite Archive updates, there are an assortment of quality-of-life improvements and bug fixes that will make players’ time in Tamriel easier and more enjoyable.”

The patch is out for PC and Max fans today; September 4th is when Xbox and PlayStation consolers can finally get their tours on.
