Look, the point is that Christmas celebrations are coming and Final Fantasy XIV is going to get in on that action with the latest iteration of the Starlight Celebration on December 16th and running until December 31st.
This year, your rewards are clothes… but not for you, the player, but your chocobo companion. Yes, you can dress your bird up in seasonal garb, as well as picking up some steaming mugs of hot cocoa as housing decorations and get an appropriately festive orchestrion roll to play wherever you can listen to music.
