As we march through the final weeks before World of Warcraft’s newest expansion arrives, Blizzard is parceling out a series of lore videos to help players brush up on the backstory of this strange underground setting.
The latest video, “Threads of Destiny,” focuses on the Nerubians and their spider queen as they see their underworld empire struggle and crumble. This faction is a dominant force in Azj-Kahet, the deepest realm that players will explore in The War Within.
“As the might of the Nerubian kingdom of Azj-Kahet falters, their queen must decide the choices she’s willing to make to ensure her people’s survival,” Blizzard said.
