The launch of The Elder Scrolls Online on consoles had some issues, chiefly that players were trying to log in and were unable to do so. The developers have addressed that fact, however, and a new update on the official site explains the problem. Essentially, the sheer number of people trying to log in were overloading the system’s ability to queue players properly, but the issue should be fixed now.
Server capacity is also being closely examined to make sure that the people who want to play the game can do so, and a known display bug that’s causing the queue numbers for the game to display incorrectly. None of this exactly fixes the want to log in and play when you can’t, but at least it promises that help is on the way.
