The Daily Grind: What theme song best represents your main MMORPG character?

In yesterday’s Black Desert column, MOP’s Matt Daniel joked about MMORPG mods that allow roleplayers to share their characters’ profiles, right down to their theme songs. He was talking about flagRSP MoP, a World of Warcraft mod that basically creates an in-game profile for roleplayers to put info about their characters. If you’re thinking, hey didn’t Ultima Online, EverQuest, Star Wars Galaxies, and a zillion other old MMOs have that like, by default almost two decades ago? Then the answer is yes. Yes they did. But still, good on the modders for fixing WoW for Blizz, right?

Anyway, Matt explained to me that at one point during WoW’s RP history, “it was ‘trendy’ to include in the profile a theme song that was representative of the character.” And this is something I really wanna get in on!

You gotta answer today’s Daily Grind, else I’m assigning Don’t Stop Believin’ or possibly Untitled Self Portrait to all of you. What theme song best represents your main MMORPG character?

Every morning, the Massively Overpowered writers team up with mascot Mo to ask MMORPG players pointed questions about the massively multiplayer online roleplaying genre. Grab a mug of your preferred beverage and take a stab at answering the question posed in today’s Daily Grind!
