Grab a key for AVA Dog Tag’s second closed beta test, planned for January 18-31

Back in September we covered the resurrection of Alliance of Valiant Arms as AVA Dog Tag by its original developer, South Korean studio Red Duck. That studio isn’t just picking up where former western publisher En Masse left off; it’s updated the graphics, re-optimized the title, and worked in business model that purports to avoid pay-to-win mechanics. I was surprised how many of our readers were interested in the game during our last giveaway, so we were happy to team up with Red Duck for another batch of keys that’ll get players in the newly announced second round of closed beta, set to run from January 18th to 31st.

“The second Closed Beta test will bring a slew of new features and improvements for players to dive into and test out: In the brand new Shooting Range option that can be found in the inventory, players can choose their weapons and attachments to directly test recoil and handling, allowing them to try each weapon with different types of weapon mods before heading into a game. The game will also introduce custom channels providing the opportunity to create rooms to test and play with friends.”

Click the Mo button below (and prove you’re not a robot) to grab one of these keys! Please note you’ll need to be logged in to claim a key.

No keys left! Sorry.

To redeem your code,

  • Launch the Steam client software and log into your Steam account.
  • Click the Games Menu.
  • Choose Activate a Product on Steam.
  • Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.
  • Keys will be operational from January 18th to 31st.
Standard giveaway notes: If there’s no captcha or Mo button and all it says is “No keys left! Sorry” in big letters, then we’re out of keys. If we get another batch from the studio, we’ll send out a note on social media. Having problems with the captcha not working? Try an alt browser or clear your cache. And finally, hang on to your code! If you lose it after all of our keys are given out, we cannot retrieve it for you.

Good luck and have fun!
