GUYS GUYS GUYS

The team behind Path of Exile is hard at work on the game’s next expansion, but that doesn’t mean that no one is paying attention to the current Synthesis League. Sure, there’s not a whole lot more content coming out for it, but the latest patch has arrived for the game and it contains a plethora of fixes and performance improvements. Sure, improved Frostbolt and Frost Bomb performance isn’t the same as new maps to explore, but it’ll make the game run faster, and that’s ultimately worth it.

A number of bugs have also been fixed, ranging from the sort with major impact on gameplay (some abilities preventing Bleeding status weren’t actually preventing Corrupting Blood from being inflicted) to the sort that just makes the game look better (the effects of the Celestial Aura could be displayed below the ground). Check out the full set of patch changes and stride forth into a more stable and enjoyable game, blowing things up with aplomb until the next expansion.
