Darn it! I said ages ago that I would be much more interested in Bless Unleashed if it were releasing on platforms I actually own. That was easy to say when it was on the Xbox One. Sure, I could pretend that my PlayStation 4 has other things to do, but now with a PC beta coming I have to put my money where my mouth is. I hate doing that! Money shouldn’t go in mouths! It tastes bad.
Aw, well, I made my bed. Let’s look at some other beta news.
- You know how New World has a preview event running now, right? It’s sure a thing that’s happening! I besieged a fortress, even.
- We have some thoughts on the current Crowfall beta. It’s worth reading if you’re curious about how that’s going.
- Unfortunately, it looks like Population Zero’s name is getting closer and closer to being a statement of fact instead of a title. That’s depressing.
- Dual Universe is in beta! If you’re reading this when it goes live, you should go check out our stream of it an hour from now!
- Last but not least, Atlas is discussing how to revive PvP. Is this like a “bringing sexy back” thing? I really hope not.

As always, we consider an MMO to be in open testing if it features free, public signups and will server wipe prior to launch. An MMO is marked in closed testing if it’s running a private test phase that cannot freely be accessed by the general public; it’s usually under NDA as well. Early access and crowdfunded MMOs whose tests we deem legitimate will be included. So-called “open beta” soft-launch MMOs with cash shops, no sign of launch in the west, or limited interest for our readers will not be listed; we also do not list expansions, with occasional exceptions.
