One Shots: Sunrise over snow

Just because the sun is up doesn’t mean that the snow is going to melt. And we kind of hope not, too, because Elder Scrolls Online’s landscape is quite beautiful if you’re into winter weather.

“My current main started in Western Skyrim,” said Stormwaltz. “Given my tendency to wander, the dailies, and festivals, she reached level cap before I finished the zone. So I hustled up and finished the last few quests of the main plot.”

RimaHadley is available for cosplay conventions, speaking engagements on the heroic circuit, and archery lessons: “I have a screenshot type, and it’s glamour shots of my FFXIV character. Nonetheless, there is a story attached: The road to Mihri’s home in the West Shroud is long and barren, but there’s life and love and family waiting at the end of it, and that makes traversing the Calamity’s scar entirely worth it.”

Ardra took a wrong turn in Lord of the Rings Online and ended up at the mother of all haunted houses: “I’m still enthralled by Minas Morgul. What a spooky place.”

“Here’s another tableau in ESO that raises more questions than answers,” posted Bullwraith.

I think the answer is actually pretty obvious. It’s a skull party. Make no bones about it, they’re knocking heads and having a great time.

And when life gives you lasers in City of Heroes, Utakata makes laseraid. Or something. Sounded way more clever in my head, but hey, it’s a one-hero dance party!

When you’re done standing in the fire, chum, get to sharing a screenshot or two from your MMO adventures down there in them comments!

Every week, One Shots shines a spotlight on the best community screenshots from your MMO adventures. If you have a great pic to share, email it to justin@massivelyop.com with the subject “One Shots.” Make sure that the picture is over 880px wide and comes with a description or story!
