Among all of Final Fantasy XIV’s playerbase, there is one question that everyone wants to have answered: What’s the actual deal with Hildibrand? How does he survive so much nonsense? But the other question that players would like to know is when Dawntrail will release. Now, we don’t know if that will be revealed during the game’s panel at PAX East on March 23rd, but it would not necessarily be surprising… but no matter what, you can be sure that producer and director Naoki Yoshida will have things to share as he looks back at the game’s first decade as well as toward the future.
The panel is at noon EDT on Saturday, but the game will have a presence on the show floor the whole time, with a special photo backdrop, the chance to win “I BEAT ASURA” t-shirts, and a new player experience area. And if you can’t make it to Boston next month, fear not; the game will also be livestreaming the entire panel through Twitch. So you’ll have stuff to watch no matter what.
