You cannot get into the first testing round for Paragon by watching the video down below. It’s a video for testers, but it won’t make you a tester. But it will give you some idea of what the game is like in its current test state, because the video is meant specifically for testers and this shows off the ins and outs of the UI and controls without the usual elements of a gameplay trailer.
If that’s the sort of thing that piques your interest? Go ahead, jump on down, and watch it. Most of the video follows the shield-toting Steel, but it serves as an excellent introduction to how the game looks in the midst of an actual match. Beyond “pretty,” anyhow.
