Put this in a thing to store it.

If it seems like we’ve had our eye on Lost Ark forever, that’s because it’s been at least half of that. It was first announced back in 2014 as a next-gen Diablo-style MMORPG, but it quickly fell dramatically behind schedule. MMO Culture says it’s actually been in production even longer than that, with a $90M budget to boot. It is still not clear whether it’s coming westward, but we’ve been holding out hope, particularly given that Smilegate announced earlier this fall that South Koreans would be able to dive into open beta come November 7th.

That date will apparently hold true. As MMO Culture reports, Smilegate dropped a 13-minute trailer this morning to herald the open beta. As we’ve previously noted, the game is a PC-centric, full-fledged MMORPG, with multiple content rollout types on deck as well as a graphical remaster planned for after launch. Enjoy the trailer – just, you know, try not to get too hyped.
