Multiplayer-optional ARPG TitanQuest II sets early access for this winter

Where are my Titan Quest friendos at? THQ Nordic decided to drop an early access release window for the sequel at Gamescom: Titan Quest II will be playable this winter.

“The day is near – today, THQ Nordic is thrilled to announce the Early Access start for Titan Quest II,” the company says. “In Winter 2024/2025, players will be able to dive into this epic odyssey and experience first hand what it means to rival the gods themselves! Forged in the creative crucible of Grimlore Games in Germany, Titan Quest II is currently under development. This epic odyssey is destined for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S/X, eagerly anticipated to launch when the time comes.”

Titan Quest II, like the original, is a mythology-based ARPG that shines brightest when you play it co-op, as my guildies discovered way back in the day. The studio has been dropping dev blogs over the last year since first announcing the game, most recently releasing a new visuals-and-gameplay trailer at the THQ Nordic Digital Showcase earlier this month:
