Next week will bring new things to do for Final Fantasy XIV players, and that means that Square Enix’s Creative Studio III has put forth the preliminary patch notes for the update ahead of time. Regular players know the routine by now.

Many of the details shared in the notes are already well-known by this point – there’s more MSQ, the new alliance raid, and new high-level instanced fights – but there’s also some of the more granular details for PvP that change things like victory requirements and map layouts for Crystalline Conflict and tweaks to stats for several Rival Wings summons.

The post also details a host of additional graphical touch-ups, outlines a host of quality-of-life updates for various UI elements, and perhaps most importantly, offers a look at several new housing furnishings, gear sets, and cosmetics.

As a reminder, Crossroads will arrive on Tuesday, November 12th, and while these notes are preliminary, they can certainly pad some of that wait time considering the depth of details available now.
