This turned out super great here, guys.

Listen, this Daily Grind has exactly one right answer, and that answer is “no.” I will also accept “hell no.”

All right, I’m kidding… a little bit. MMO crowdfunding actually had a mixed year in 2022. We saw several crowdfunding MMOs launch, including Zenith, Embers Adrift, and Temtem. And we also saw one go up in smoke (Crowfall) and two continue to elude accountability (Chronicles of Elyria and SOTA), to say nothing of dozens of other malingerers. I won’t judge you for backing anything, but I think I’m done for the foreseeable future.

Will you Kickstart any MMOs in 2023?

At the turn of every calendar year, the MassivelyOP team assembles a traditional feast of annual content for your table. We recap the year, issue awards, highlight our favorite (and least favorite) stories, and gather your opinions together to send off the last year and welcome the new one. Grab a plate and take a bite out of this year-end Daily Grind!
