One Shots: Every character in Diablo IV looks really, really grumpy

If there’s any consistent theme in Diablo IV aside from a blatant attempt to make Lilith this year’s Halloween cosplay template, it’s that every playable character looks grumpy enough to launch a lifelong vendetta against the Smurfs. Have they ever smiled? Enjoyed a cat meme that was shared via chain mail? Were tickled on their toesies as infants by their mums? I seriously doubt it.

Anyway, here’s Rees Racer bringing the giddy cheer to Sanctuary: “I really didn’t think the Necromancer was going to be my first choice for Diablo IV’s initial campaign, but here she is, in between the massacres of tens of thousands of demons, cannibals, and giant mutant insects ad infinitum. I’ll probably go Rogue when the official Season 1 kicks off in a few days.”

Minimalistway is attempting to make some likeminded friends in World of Warcraft… and possibly setting the stage for a mob hit: “Here’s Ronny the Fabulous Demon Hunter trying to fit in with the gang.”

And you know who should be invited to any party you throw? Vincent and Company (which, in this case, includes a giant rebellious chicken)!

“In this FFXIV shot, my minion and I have our game face on–ready for battle! My chocobo couldn’t care less though, she didn’t even want to be in the picture.”

Jilano captured this Black Desert scenic view as the night arrived and the shadows began to grow long.

“Anything for the art,” Jilano said. “Though sometimes it’s just as nice to stay on the ground and enjoy a little walk.”

And hey, here’s my Lore-master taking a break from low-level deeding in Lord of the Rings Online to enjoy a mountaintop view of the newest zones. She then horked on a llama and rolled down the hill at increasing speed until she collided with a roving mob.”

You know the drill! But that’s not important now because drills can’t take screenshots and post them in the comments, which is what we want done. So ignore the drill’s siren’s call and get to work!

Every week, One Shots shines a spotlight on the best community screenshots from your MMO adventures. If you have a great pic to share, email it to justin@massivelyop.com with the subject “One Shots.” Make sure that the picture is over 880px wide and comes with a description or story!
