The seasons continue to roll through Overwatch 2 and Warcraft Rumble, with both games readying their next respective seasons that bring new characters and new content, whether you prefer to battle in FPS combat or miniature brawls.
We begin with OW2 Season 12, which arrives on Tuesday, August 20th. This update will launch the new support hero Juno, a new mythic skin for Reaper, launch the Clash game mode, introduce new maps, and reset ranks for competitive. The new season will also bring some hero balancing, with a particular focus on lowering health pools for multiple damage and support heroes; details will be shared in patch notes later next week.
As for Warcraft Rumble, Season 8 is nearly arriving to the mobile title, which will make the new Cenarion Dryad unit available to collect (though she won’t be playable until Season 9), adds the Scholomance dungeon that features three new boss fights, and introduces a new GRID override feature that lets players change the rarity of a mini or boost XP earnings of a mini. These overrides can be engaged before purchasing a mini, and only one can be used at a time.
