There are patches, there are big patches, and then there are big damn patches. H1Z1 updated with the latter today, adding in several significant features including a brand-new male model for those sick of living in a land of identical clones.
A face-lift isn’t the only notable mention in the patch notes, however. H1Z1 has significantly altered it handles the placement of the zombie hordes. Lower-pop servers will be protected from being overrun by the walking dead, while larger spawns will take place near cities and player firefights.
Other additions with the patch include a makeover of the dam, improvements to the battle royale starter area, a workbench for crafting, a grid for the map, and the rapid-fire R380 pistol.
