If you were worried that perhaps Guild Wars 2 was being a little too pokey with its Heart of Thorns testing and reveals, then let ArenaNet put any fears of the expansion slipping into 2016 to rest. The studio confirmed yesterday that Heart of Thorns will be coming out this year, although a public date has not been set.
“In case you missed it on our livestream from #gamescom2015 this morning: #GW2HoT *will* be launching in 2015,” ArenaNet tweeted.
Guild Wars 2 will be hosting its first public beta weekend for Heart of Thorns starting tomorrow and continuing through August 10th.
