On July 23rd, World of Warcraft will be patched with the prelude to the upcoming The War Within expansion, and players will immediately experience something odd and unusual. For the first time in ages, you will not need to re-learn your character from base principles! You will not have deprecated borrowed power to get rid of, nor will a whole new talent system be introduced or anything of the sort! You can just enjoy being able to ride your mounts all around the world (well, worlds) with dynamic flight mechanics.

Players can also take part in the new Radiant Echoes event to collect gear and toys, explore the new features of Warbands added in the expansion as soon as the event goes live, and follow the newest questline that serves as a prelude to the expansion’s story. And there will be tweaks to the talent trees, too, so don’t think that no mechanical things will change whatsoever. Check out the full rundown and get ready for the big update when it arrives in a couple of weeks.
