At this point it’s tradition for the Final Fantasy XIV team to do a lengthy streaming broadcast for the community. It’s one of those things the team just does, a collection of trivia events, quiz shows, live Q&A sessions, and trying to speedrun completing some of the game’s most grindy challenges. If that’s your jam, good news, as the next one is arriving on October 7th starting at 11:00 p.m. EDT. There’s going to be a lot of stuff to watch… and perhaps helpfully, it’s starting off with the next live letter from the producer.
No, we’re not previewing patch 6.3 just yet; it’s way too early for that. But the live letter will preview the additions coming with patch 6.25, including the new Manderville weapons, the new gathering quests for the Omicrons, and the new Variant Dungeons. If you’re eager for more information, it’s best to watch… although depending on how you feel about being up at 12:30 a.m. EDT on October 8th, maybe you’ll want to catch it the next day in summary form. (It’s a bit easier if you’re on the other coast.)
