Trove is already preparing its Thanksgiving event as Gamigo puts its whole catalogue on sale

With Halloween behind us, blocky sandbox Trove is already gearing up for a holiday that most MMORPGs don’t do at all: Thanksgiving. Trove’s version is called Friendsgiving, and according to the game’s latest community letter, it’ll have new content when it rolls out later this month.

“Get ready, Trovians—Friendsgiving is just around the corner! Chefsly’s got a bit of catching up to do this year, so we’ll all be pitching in to gather ingredients, cook up festive dishes, and welcome some new faces to the table. With fresh recipes, tasty brand-new rewards, and much more, there’s plenty to look forward to.”

Gamigo is currently in the middle of a publisher sale on Steam, which means its MMOs (and the KingsIsle MMOs) all have sweet deals running through November 11th. That includes RIFT, Fiesta Online, Pirate101, Wizard101, and of course, Trove itself, which has not just a new buyable bundle but sales on the old ones.

Oh, and fun Gamigo-related fact: While we were sourcing this article, we stumbled into the RIFT Steam page, which Gamigo has bolstered with several dozen screenshots and which boasts “mostly positive” reviews – even recent reviews. Here for it!
