It’s that time of year again! That’s right, it’s National Cat Day (October 29th)! So find the nearest cat, bow deeply to it, and offer all of the tuna fish in your pantry to appease its wrath. If we’re lucky, we may once again survive the season.
Meanwhile, Vincent is overacting just a wee bit in FFXIV: “Patch 6.25 gave us a lot! There is no way I can do justice the new area added for the All Saints Festival, it’s just spectacular!”
When you’re not being mildly frightened by the cutest ghosts ever in FFXIV, you can strike up a jig with the game’s enthusiastic community.
“An All Saints Wake popup party in the Haunted Manor basement quickly turned into a convention of Ser Aymerics (AymeriCon),” posted Vgees. “This year adds the outdoor area as a great place for gpose screenshots with friends!”
The holiday continues over in World of Warcraft’s appropriately spooky Revendreth zone as Bryan shows off undead studliness.
“I know I’m late, but it looks like I’m not the only one. I decided to attempt to make a transmog for my Death Knight Oldirtbeard inspired by the ’80s Leather Scene showcased in American Horror Story NYC.”
And how would you like to look outside your window and see this particular sight in Elder Scrolls Online? Gives me the willies, it does!
“In the spirit of the season, the tricked are massing for their treat,” said Bullwraith.
“I’ve been spending a lot of time in LOTRO running in and out of the haunted burrow near the Shire Party Tree,” shared Bel. “The random bird attacks and poisonings are just part of the fun, or so I’m told. There’s barely half a dozen players passed out around the festival grounds at any one time.”
And as a bonus pic, I’ll share a new outfit I put together in LOTRO just for the occasion:
