Good luck on the housing move! Even if it’s next door, it’s still a hell of a lot of work.

I’m not so sure Blizzard views modern WoW as finally moving forward without worry about Classic-type designs due to how some of the Shadowlands covenant design is turning out. It feels like a step backward to me in certain ways. But like you said, Blizzard is gonna Blizzard, chaos and all. Who knows.

And good reader question there. Upping mob HP and damage is your standard gaming difficulty tweak, and I too am not impressed by it. One standout series guilty of that is the Borderlands series. Damage sponge enemies are not fun!

So are we going to open a betting pool on how many times Bree & family park in the wrong driveway or head to the wrong front door during the first month after sale has gone through, hehe. ;-)

LOL. :D I’ll be happy if we don’t just fall down the stairs or miss the toilet! I don’t think I said on the podcast but it’s a mirror-image house – the same style of duplex we rent now, just everything flipped to the opposite side. That’s gonna be hard. :D

Thank you for your thoughts on my question. I kind of like the idea of a more nuanced approach to difficulty. So the ability to control mob density and relative power would help in a lot of cases. I should know by now and have said to myself what does City of Heroes do (or Star Wars Galaxies) hehe.

I am enjoying TL3 but it’s kind of hard not to play the what if game and think what would have happened if they stuck to the mmo plan. As much as I don’t want that spoil my fun it kind of does even if only slightly.

As it is I do think TL3 makes a good entry level arpg but whether that is a good thing for was has become the third game in a much loved series, hmm
