Star Citizen’s CitizenCon event kicked off this morning under a cloud of drama as backers tuned in to see where the game and S42 stand. Stay tuned for our coverage in Stick and Rudder!

Meanwhile, Fractured is going free-to-play, Loftia is closing alpha preorders on Halloween, Valheim’s board game Gamefound campaign stands at $1.5 on the eve of its end, and My Time at Evershine has blasted past $2M raised on Kickstarter.

And in sad news, Fractured Veil and Shadow’s Kiss are both sunsetting before ever emerging from early access.
