New Games and Testing
- Battlerite: This sort-of-MOBA left early access and launched on November 8th.
- TERA M: The mobile spin-off of TERA has already racked up two million reservations in advance of its launch later this month.
- The Black Death: Due to changes and a new build of the game, the team had to perform a full wipe on all characters and progress.
Patches
- Vendetta Online: Get up to date on all of the latest developments, including mobile and Mac improvements, in this game’s newsletter.
- Pokemon Go: The devs just changed up which raid bosses you’ll encounter in the wild!
- Dreadnought: Update 1.9.5 brings improvements to squads, combat, and rewards.
- SMITE: Save King Hercules in Patch 4.21!
Events
- Aion: Return to the Shugo Tomb is running right now through the 22nd!
- Final Fantasy XI: There’s a new login campaign that’s going through December 3rd, offering all sorts of rewards. The game’s also added a new Dynamis-Divergence battle system for players to enjoy.
- Dragon Quest Rivals: This mobile title has 7 million downloads already and is giving away 35 free boosters to players as a thank-you.
- Path of Exile: The game’s Turmoil event is off to a good start!
Odds and Ends
- Old School RuneScape: Here are some improvements that the devs are bringing to Fossil Island!
- Ingress: Players stalking players is probably an issue of which you should be aware.
- Anime: Check out Recovery of an MMO Junkie, which is all about the life and times of a girl gamer and her real and virtual life.
- Orc Fashion: So… Blizzard needs your help to keep an Orc statue warm this winter. This is a real thing, people, this is not a drill.
- Heroes of the Storm: Dataminers have found voice evidence of Deathwing. Dun dun DUNNN.
